Does Chattoko charge per ticket or per AI resolution?
No. You pay a plan price with seats included. Plans include 300, 1,000 or 3,000 chat conversations a month, each with up to 30 AI replies; 100 more conversations cost $15. The AI also has a daily limit: 200, 600 or 1,500 replies a day on Chat + Phone plans, 100, 300 or 900 on the chat-only plans. On phone plans, AI voice minutes past your plan cost $0.69 each.
Can Gorgias answer the phone with AI?
Gorgias Voice, as its own page describes it, is phone support for your team, with AI call summaries. Gorgias's app directory lists partner apps, such as Consio and Ringly, for AI phone answering, priced by those apps. Check with Gorgias for the latest.
Is Chattoko a full help desk?
It has email tickets, chat, calls and texts in one inbox, and the AI can answer email from your FAQs. If your team needs a large app library, help desk rules and macros, and revenue reports, Gorgias goes further.
Can I pay through Shopify?
Yes. Install Chattoko from the Shopify App Store and the plan goes on your Shopify bill, monthly. Shopify shows the price in your store's currency.
Why does Chattoko need a card for the trial?
The trial can include a real phone number and real call minutes, so we ask for a card to stop misuse. Nothing is charged for 14 days. Through the Shopify App Store, you approve the charge in Shopify instead. Gorgias's 7-day trial needs no card.
