Add the chat to your site
In Chattoko, open Settings ▸ Installation and copy the code. Paste it just before
</body>: in your theme'sfooter.php, or with a plugin you already use to add code to every page.Make a read-only API key
In WordPress, go to WooCommerce ▸ Settings ▸ Advanced ▸ REST API, choose Add key and pick Read permission.
Connect it in Chattoko
In Integrations ▸ WooCommerce, paste your store URL (it must start with https://), the consumer key and the consumer secret.
Sync your products
Press Sync products now. Press it again whenever you add or change products.

Questions people ask
Is there a plugin to install?
No. You paste one line of code into your site, then connect a read-only WooCommerce API key in Chattoko.
Can Chattoko change my store?
No. The key you make is read-only, so Chattoko can read your products and orders but not change them.
Do products sync by themselves?
No. On WooCommerce, press Sync products now in Integrations, WooCommerce whenever your products change. Chattoko reads up to 2,000 published products.
Can the AI send checkout links or take phone orders for WooCommerce?
No. Checkout links, draft orders, phone orders and the AI's own order tools work with Shopify stores only. On WooCommerce, order lookup runs through a flow.
Will I see sales from chats?
No. Tracking the sales that follow a chat works with Shopify stores only.
