What Zapiet is
Zapiet – Pickup + Delivery is a Shopify app that lets shoppers choose pickup or delivery, and a day and a time, when they order from your store. Zapiet on the Shopify App Store.
Without it, an AI can only guess when an order can be ready. With it, Chattoko asks your Zapiet calendar before it offers a time.
What the AI checks before it answers
Open pickup days and times
The AI asks your Zapiet calendar each time, for the pickup location you choose, and offers only the days and times that are open.
Delivery days by postcode
For delivery the AI asks for a postcode, never a full address, and Zapiet says which days it can deliver there.
Products that need more notice
When your Zapiet rules give some products more notice by product tag, such as cakes made to order, the AI offers only the later days they allow.
Cut-off times and minimum orders
Your order cut-offs and any minimum order follow the rules you set in Zapiet.

How to connect
Owners and admins can do this in a few steps.
Connect your Shopify store
Zapiet works through your Shopify store, so connect Shopify first. Chattoko for Shopify.
Find Zapiet
In Integrations ▸ Zapiet – Pickup + Delivery, press Find Zapiet. Chattoko checks your store for it. There is no API key to paste.
Choose what the AI may offer
Pick your locations and tick pickup, delivery or both, then connect. The card shows the rules Chattoko read from Zapiet.
Turn it on for the AI
In Brain ▸ Configure ▸ AI Actions, switch on "Check open pickup and delivery days and times (Zapiet)". Then try it in Brain ▸ Playground.
Questions people ask
Do I need a Zapiet API key?
No. Chattoko asks Zapiet about your connected Shopify store directly, so there is nothing to paste.
What if Zapiet doesn't answer?
The AI is told to say it can't check times right now, and never to guess a day or a time.
Does it work on phone calls?
Yes, when the AI takes phone orders on a Chat + Phone plan. In chat it works on every plan.
I changed a rule in Zapiet. What now?
Open the Zapiet card in Integrations and press Check again. Chattoko also re-reads your rules every night at 3 am Brisbane time and emails the owner if something needs a decision.
Who can connect Zapiet?
The workspace owner or an admin.
