Your address, pickup and delivery details
Your AI states your business facts on chat and on calls. Fill them in and it stops guessing. On Shopify with Zapiet, the AI can also offer the real pickup and delivery times your calendar has open.
Steps
Open Brain ▸ Configure. The first card is Business facts.
Check Business name and type your full Address.
Under Key policies, write your delivery areas, fees, pickup times and notice periods. If your Playbook is in use, write them in Brain ▸ Playbook ▸ Shop rules instead.
Press Save AI Config.
On Shopify with Zapiet: open Integrations ▸ Zapiet – Pickup + Delivery and press Find Zapiet.
Check your Locations, tick Pickup, Delivery or both under What the AI may offer, and press Connect.
With Shopify connected, you can also open Settings ▸ Receipts & invoices to put your ABN and address on receipt PDFs. Press Save changes.
Check it worked
Open Brain ▸ Playground and ask "Where are you?" and "Do you deliver?". The AI should answer with what you wrote.
If it didn't work
- I can't find the Key policies box.
- Your Playbook is in use, so the AI reads your policies from its Shop rules part. Press Open the Playbook, add them there and press Save Playbook.
- Zapiet says "Connect your Shopify store first."
- Connect your store in Integrations ▸ Shopify, then come back and press Find Zapiet.
- The AI offers a pickup time Zapiet doesn't allow.
- The AI follows Your Zapiet rules as it last read them. Change the rule in Zapiet, then press Check again on the Zapiet page.
