Share your chat link (no website needed)
No website? Your chat page still lets customers message you, with your AI answering first. It's also handy beside a website, anywhere a chat button can't go.
Steps
Open Settings ▸ Installation.
Under Chat page (direct link), press Copy link.
Paste the link into your email signature, your Instagram or Facebook bio, or your Google listing.
For a counter sign or flyer, turn the link into a QR code with any QR code maker.
Open the link on your own phone to check it.
Check it worked
The link opens your chat full-screen, with your name and colours. Send a test message and it shows in your Inbox.
If it didn't work
- The page says "This chat is temporarily unavailable."
- Your workspace has no active plan right now. The owner can check it in Settings ▸ Billing & Plans.
- It says "Live chat is not available for this business right now."
- Live chat is switched off. Turn on Live chat (widget + chat page) under Contact channels in Settings ▸ Installation, then press Save changes.
- It says "Invalid chat link" or the business was not found.
- Part of the link was lost when it was copied. Press Copy link again and paste the whole link.
