Your business name, logo and colours
Your logo shows on the chat's header and in the console, and your colours set how the chat button and window look. A few minutes here makes the chat feel like part of your shop.
Before you start
- Your logo as a PNG, JPG or SVG file under 2 MB.
- Your brand colour, if you know its code (like #C98A2E).
Steps
Open Settings ▸ Business profile and type your Business name under Business details.
Under Brand logo, press Upload logo and choose your file.
Press Save changes.
Open Settings ▸ Appearance and open General.
Pick a Background color from the swatches, or set your own colour.
Leave Text color and Action color on Auto, or choose your own. Watch the preview change, then press Save changes.
To use your logo as your AI's picture, open Brain ▸ Configure, choose Your logo under AI identity ▸ Picture, and press Save AI Config.
Check it worked
Open Settings ▸ Installation and press Test Widget. The test page shows your chat with your colours and logo.
If it didn't work
- It says "Logo must be under 2 MB".
- Make the image smaller, or save it as a PNG or JPG, and upload it again.
- The AI says a different business name.
- The name your AI uses on chat and calls is in Brain ▸ Configure ▸ Business facts ▸ Business name. Change it there and press Save AI Config.
- I want to remove "Powered by Chattoko".
- Open Settings ▸ Appearance ▸ White-Label Branding. Removing the badge is included on the Scale plan, or the owner can add it to the current plan.
